8 months old

This is officially the last week of summer for Addy and I to spend time together all day. I return back to school next week. Today we spent the day at Concert in the Park and enjoyed the nice weather. We had lots of fun with Auntie Angie and Mycah.

Adelyn turned 8 months old on Saturday. She is growing up so fast. She continues to roll all over the place and is starting to try to crawl. She really wants to move, but she hasn't figured out how to go forward yet. Over the last two days she has been pushing and sliding backwards on her tummy! I think she will figure it out soon. My mom and dad came up this weekend to visit. We celebrated my mom's birthday, which is today, by going out to dinner at Titletown Brewery. Adelyn enjoyed prunes and butternut squash and corn. Happy birthday mom/grandma!

Best Buddies

Addy has been spending lots of time with Mycah this summer. She finds him hilarious!! He can make her giggle for hours. I think this picture says it all!! :)

Playdates

Adelyn and I are having lots of fun spending time together this summer! I am sad to see that the summer is winding down. We have had many playdates with my friends from school and their kiddos during the weeks. Here are a few pictures of the activities that have been keeping us busy.

The NEW Zoo

This was one of our playdates to the NEW Zoo. Adelyn was joined by Alex and Chase, Ella and Sophia , Mycah, and 6 week old Eva.

Concert in the Park- Who knew you would need a winter hat in the beginning of July?!

Here we are staying with Grandpa Mike and Grandma Cindy while Daddy is helping out at the Relay for Life in Portage.

We spend lots of time just hanging out at home too! :)
