Blood, Sweat and Tiers...and Rue?

Friday and Saturday we started putting in the in-ground sprinkler system. We've got both sides of the house done. It was incredibly hot to be doing manual labor. Thanks to those who helped! Next weekend we just need to do the front and back.

On Sunday I decided to put in the two-tiered flower bed in the front of the house. At about 2:30 when I had literally just laid the last block a red SUV pulled into the driveway. Much to my suprise, Nic Rue stepped out of the passengers side said hello. He had been to GB visiting a friend. They went out for lunch and happend to drive by our house on the way home. This is pretty amazing considering Nic had never seen our house before. He just recognized me as he drove by. Nic, it was great to see you. You'll have to stop by again sometime, maybe before I finish my project! :-)
