Why the blog?
Amanda and I decided to build a house this summer. At that time, a friend (Hi Mike!) suggested that we create a blog to document the building process. Four months later, we're finally ready to close on the mortgage and hopefully start building!

Your dad can't wait to see some pictures. But you have to be patient! Even though that is hard to do. Good things come to those who wait. Think it did when you took your new job. The house will be the same. Have fun building!
